Employment Law and Litigation

Our firm has successfully represented clients in employment-related matters in federal and state courts in both Missouri and Illinois, including workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliatory discharge, whistleblower, and Family and Medical Leave Act claims. We are experienced in handling ADA claims and an assortment of wage and contract disputes, including disagreements over covenants not to compete.  In addition to our extensive employment litigation experience, we help train our clients’ managers and supervisors on following Missouri and Illinois law.
