The Missouri Bar has selected Behr McCarter partner, W. Dudley McCarter, as a 2022 President’s Award recipient. This award is given in recognition of meritorious service to The Missouri Bar. Dudley has been a member of the Missouri Bar for 47 years, and during that time he served as St. Louis Bar President (1986-1987) and Missouri Bar President (1992-1993). Dudley is also going on 25 years of writing his column, The Flag, which appears in each issue of the Bar Journal. In The Flag, Dudley summarizes four to six recent court decisions that are relevant to practicing Missouri lawyers. Congratulations, Dudley, on upholding the mission of The Missouri Bar– improving the legal profession, the administration of justice and law!
